The chamber looks very much like a sauna with enough room to walk around. The chamber is split
into two sections. In the first section the temperature drops to -60 degrees to help your body
gradually acclimatise to the air temperature. After 30 seconds you are led into the second
section where the temperature can drop a further 75 degrees. You will undertake a series of
exercises to keep the circulation moving!
You can only stay in the chamber for a maximum of 3 minutes. Once you leave the chamber you are
advised to exercise (or have a massage) for at least 30 minutes after the treatment and drink
plenty of water for the rest of the day.
